Originally from Brooklyn, NY, I started working with pizza at the age of 15 years old while living in Long Island and then moved to Charleston, SC, where I quickly fell in love and put down roots. The one thing I longed for after relocating was traditional pizza. So I took a leap of faith and opened up a food truck. The demand was so great that the rest is history…

New York-style pizza isn’t just about cooking; it’s about deep-seated tradition and culture. At Pizza A Modo Mio, we offer dough straight from New York prepared in a traditional pizza oven and serve it up by the slice, and that means all varieties!

Where we differ is in our commitment to fresh ingredients, our desire to bring the best of New York to Charleston, and our passion for the original pizza pie.
