I have been in the pizza world since I was 15 years old. I grew up in Brooklyn living on L&B Spumoni gardens and Pizza Wagon, two iconic pizza joints in NY.
I moved to Long Island when I was 14 years old. My first job was working at my friends father’s pizzeria. That’s where I got hooked! Between growing up in an Italian household, working at the pizzeria and then going to culinary school I knew cooking was going to be my passion.
I moved to Charleston in 2021 and built a pizza truck out of a 16×8 ft utility trailer. My father and I fitted this trailer with a full kitchen and two brick oven pizza ovens. Long story short a year later i took the chance and quit my job to open up my first location in West Ashley. A year after that I opened up my second location which is a Cafe/Pizzeria.
In 2023 I really got involved with the community and the pizza competitions and can’t wait to get more involved.
