Mike, the owner of Pizza A Modo Mio, has been in the culinary industry since he was 15 years old. He started his passion for cooking by attending culinary school and working at a traditional pizzeria for most of his childhood and adult life. From there, Mike went on to learn more about the art of traditional pizza making from Naples, Italy. Pizza A Modo Mio began as a food truck and was such a hit that Mike opened up our Charleston location, and the rest is history...
Please note that our focus first is always on FRESH and AUTHENTIC! All of our dough is shipping in from New York twice a week, so when we run out, we are out! Although we understand that it may cause some frustration when we can’t accommodate our customers, we believe the only way to maintain consistency and deliver what we promise is to begin again tomorrow…If we sell out, we shut down our pizza menu. We have a wide variety of other great items on our menu that will be available. The good news?
